At the beginning of each project, TRADING AND SERVICES FIRST defines in agreement with the customer a mailing list according to the type of information and way of communication (mails, question and answer sheets, progress reports, etc.).
As part of this process, TRADING AND SERVICES FIRST will ensure compliance of the final product through various tests and deliveries to the client as an End of Job Report in soft and hard copy including the following: The various notes of design calculations; Plans “as-built” facilities; Folders site implementation; Handbook of equipment installed and the minutes of testing; All project changes request; Various signed reports of meetings conducted;
